Local physicians committed to your healthcare needs
Physicians of Southwest Washington, LLC (PSW) is an Independent Physicians Association. PSW has formed a "virtual clinic" that allows doctors to work together to manage and improve the health of their patients. As a network, we contract with healthplans, and provide local medical management and claims processing.
We are a network of more than 300 local physicians. Our physicians utilize the services of Capital Medical Center, Providence St. Peter Hospital, Providence Centralia Hospital, and Morton General plus a full range of ancillary providers.
PSW has many Primary Care Providers (PCPs) who are accepting new Medicare-eligible patients into their practice through Soundpath Health, formerly Puget Sound Health Partners, a Medicare Advantage health plan.
