Peak Care is a collaboration between MultiCare and Premera Blue Cross which became effective January 1, 2020. This health plan is available for Pierce, Thurston, and Spokane County employers, and your inclusion in the Peak Network is based on your existing contract with Premera.
Peak Care is an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) and provides health plans in Washington State with a broad, local health system of hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers.

PacificSource is a regional not-for-profit health insurer, taking great care of people across Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington. PSW has partnered with PacificSource to bring Thurston County employers’ high-quality, accessible and affordable commercial healthcare options via the Navigator and Voyager product. These PacificSource health plans became effective January 1, 2021.
