Steve Schramm

An executive with more than two decades of experience in healthcare finance and management is the CFO of PSW and the VP & CFO of MultiCare Connected Care. 

Under Steve’s leadership, the Medical Economics and Actuarial Service team was established, consisting of actuaries specializing in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance products and risk-based contracting.  He also led the evaluation of financial exposure and development of contract recommendations for participation in more than seven (7) full risk value-based contracts totaling more than two billion ($2B) in annual healthcare spend. 

Steve joins us from Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and was most recently CEO and CFO of QualChoice Health Plan Services Medicare Advantage plans that operated in seven states. The largest of those, Soundpath Health, was in Washington. As CEO and CFO, Steve helped Soundpath Health grow to be the third-largest Medicare Advantage plan in the service area through market-leading customer service and strong engagement with key provider partners. 

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant and retired Certified Internal Auditor.
